Evaluation Methods Used

InstaJudge was evaluated using the following methods:

• Automated testing using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool across all public and authenticated pages
• Manual keyboard-only navigation testing across all key workflows and pages
• Visual inspection for color contrast, heading structure, and logical reading order
• Screen reader spot-checking using VoiceOver (macOS)

Applicable Standards

This report covers conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as referenced by:

• ADA Title II (U.S. Department of Justice, April 2024)
• Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
• European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549)

Conformance Statement

InstaJudge supports all WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA success criteria. Minor contrast improvements are in progress as part of our ongoing accessibility commitment.
