Life Science PhD Meeting 2026

The Life Science PhD Meeting is a conference organized by PhD students in Innsbruck, Austria. It provides a platform for the entire life science community—from undergraduate students to principal investigators—to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and engage in critical discussion.

The meeting showcases outstanding scientific work across a wide range of disciplines, bringing together research groups from Innsbruck's two universities: the Medical University of Innsbruck and the University of Innsbruck.

To further promote innovation in both the organization and execution of the event, the organizing team decided to use InstaJudge for the first time. The customer support provided in advance of the conference was seamless and highly effective, ensuring thorough preparation.

This tool significantly streamlined the judging process for both organizers and evaluators during poster and short talk sessions. By distributing access links via email and providing QR codes, the platform was easy to use and required no downloads or paper-based materials.

InstaJudge also enabled the organizing team to monitor evaluations in real time and provide feedback to judges on their progress. In addition, analyzing results and selecting winners for the Best Poster and Best Short Talk awards became remarkably efficient.
